If you're obsessed with the work of Stephin Merritt, as I am/was, then you have to know what How to Get Laid in Japanese and Berlin on $10 a Day sound like. I expect you can find them on a website somewhere now, claiming to be promoting the band's work even if the band don't see it that way. But back in 2002 — since I was never a Napster user — I had to get the Lonely Days EP to find out that, while these tracks are not terrible, their titles may be the best things about them.
