I don't know what can have become of my copy of this record. I know I used to have it, but I can find it among my records, either in the place where it should be or the places it shouldn't. It's not as though I know anyone who might have borrowed it.
Listening online confirms that the loss is not a great one. Klaus mirrors the Tangerine Dream model of the early- to mid-eighties (Exit, Le Parc) by going for song-length pieces with a steady beat. Drive Inn is a mile away from Schulze and Bloss's first live collaboration, and I can't find fault with allmusic's curt assessment of the album as
…a bit of a disappointment. It features heavy synth washes and catchy hooks, but it has no depth. The performance is superficial and formulaic.
