Bill Nelson: After the Satellite Sings

I was thinking what to say about this CD and I thought I'd already written about my one other Bill Nelson album. Almost everything I said about that one — including the Bowie comparison — could be applied to this, though the latter came twelve years later on and has been updated with a smattering of 1996 breakbeats. I think I bought it on the strength of a review in The Wire — and the album from twelve years before, I guess.
