I've already told the story of Sons and Fascination. I think I already had Sister Feelings Call before then (I have a memory, true or false, of buying it in the Bridge Street Our Price).
I love them both, so when I found out that they were available on one CD for £7.99 I didn't waste any time snapping it up. It got loaded onto my iPod — the first one, with a 10 GB hard drive — and accompanied many a walk along High Holborn or a tube journey from South Kensington home to Barbican, until that iPod died.
If I ever have a radio show, I'd like to have Theme for Great Cities as my theme tune. Or if that's too energetic for the 'bed' for my intro, at what is bound to be a very late hour, I'd settle for Sound in 70 Cities. You may think there's very little chance of that ever happening, and you may be right, but at least I won't be caught unprepared if it does.
