I'm surprised to find that I got this nearly ten years ago. It's a compilation re-issue that just says "Recorded in Europe ca. 1963" (confusingly there seem to be at least three John Coltrane albums called Spiritual). It claims that the line-up is the 'classic' quartet, but it's clearly not taken from just one concert, because the recording quality of My Favourite Things is noticeably worse than the rest of the tracks. I guess it was probably quite cheap.
