This was a promotional CD packaged with The Wire. I doubt that I listened to it at the time, and, having just played it while I was writing something else, I'm sorry to say I'm not inspired to give it a lot of attention now.
According to Last.fm, which numbers quite a few electronica fans among its 15 million users, there aren't many listening to the tracks on this album. That's backed up by Rate Your Music, where just two people have rated it (at the time of writing), and not highly.
