Rush: Caress of Steel

This, like its older sibling is in storage, so I can't play it, and I can't remember much about it.

Did it really feature, in The Fountain of Lamneth, Rush's first side-long suite? I thought 2112 was the first. I can't remember what The Fountain of Lamneth was about. The Necromancer, I'm pretty sure, was Tolkeinesque tale-telling; and I Think I'm Going Bald, I do remember, was about exactly what you'd expect (possibly a Geddy Lee lyric, rather than a Neil Peart one?).
